Contract Support - Helpdesk8am
- 5pm Monday to Friday
Our long-standing Peterborough-based client offers engineering solutions to both commercial and industrial customers across Cambridgeshire.
With a legacy spanning over 40 years, a rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Contract and Help Desk Coordinator.
Reporting to the facilities manager, you must be comfortable managing a busy and diverse workload.Roles and responsibilities but not limited to
- Managing help desk requests whilst keeping the internal systems up to date
- Collaborate with the facilities and project managers to ensure job allocation and labour planning are kept up to date
- Prepare and produce monthly reports
This is not an exhaustive list, and you will be required to support in most business support areas.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and a proven track record in facilities.
