Complaint Handler - Polish Speaker

Glasgow - Hybrid (2 days office)

Perm, Full-time

£25,000


Meraki Talent is partnered with a global insurance product provider to appoint a Complaints Handler (polish speaking) on a full-term, permanent basis.

This opportunity offers a hybrid working model and a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience.

The purpose of this role to manage and investigate regulated complaints in line with European regulatory requirements


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers throughout the full complaint process, ensuring regular updates on the progress of the complaint
  • Gathering all necessary evidence in relation to complaints and ensure fair customer outcomes.
  • Prioritise and handle your own caseload and conduct telephone calls with customers in a professional manner.
  • Work with internal departments and gather information to investigate complaints and are responsible for managing all incoming enquiries effectively, while always providing the customer with a professional service.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be native or fluent speaker of English and Polish
  • Have previous Customer Service experience
  • Have excellent listening and communication skills and experience in MS Office Packages

  • A 'cando' attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Complainthandling experience
