Description
As Enrolment Support Officer you will be responsible for offering apprenticeship training opportunities to learners and clients across a variety of sectors via inbound and outbound telephone calls, and offering the best possible to service to all


Your duties will include:
- responding to queries from potential and existing customers
- advising existing and new clients/learners on appropriate courses to suit them /their job role
- encouraging existing customers to sign up their employees for apprenticeships
- qualifying all opportunities to ensure they are fully eligible for funding / suitable to be signed up
- maintaining accurate data using CRM system
- support with booking appointments

The Person
As Enrolment Support Officer you will have a customer service / contact centre background


You will also have:
- a polite, confident and friendly telephone manner / ability to build relationships
- experience of results orientated / pressurised environment.
- good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- attention to detail / ability to learn quickly
- excellent administrative and organisational skills.
