Description

A globally recognised FMCG giant is looking to build out their Marketing team and are on the hunt for an Executive for their fledgling employee advocacy programme. This will be an ASAP starting, 6 month contract role - with scope for extension thereafter


Social media has a vital role to play in helping the client to communicate a clear and engaging vision for their future.


This position will be responsible for running the programme that encourages employees to utilise the best of their corporate social content and amplify key messages natively across their own social media.


What you will do:


Programme Management

  • Be key owner of the programme's digital solution firstup, building expert knowledge in how it operates, providing training for administrators and employees, and acting as first point of contact for queries
  • Work with programme provider to ensure full use of support and account management
  • Look for new opportunities to grow programme internally with different departments and onboard staff accordingly

Content Support

  • Work with social and Talent acquisition teams to ensure steady supply of content for staff to amplify, ensuring correct tagging, naming, categorization and approvals
  • Work with market activation team to onboard markets as solution develops
  • Provide analytics to inform content decisions and ensure best practice

Who you are:


Experience

  • Experience in supporting employee advocacy programmes
  • Experienced social media executive, who understands the role it plays in corporate comms
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation with the ability to think omnichannel.
  • Experienced in managing onboarding programmes and supporting staff queries
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
  • Team player as well as capable of working independently at pace
  • 24 years experience in corporate roles

Key details:

£200-£250 per day

Outside IR35
