Operational Support Coordinator:


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • As the successful applicant you will support the Operations Manager in the successful delivery of system sales and design services.
  • Provide administrative solutions, particularly in new build specification and MCS.
  • Perform general administration duties and carry out invoicing / reconciliation functions.
  • Provide support to our B2B customers and the Sales Team.
  • Prepare specification packs for internal and external customers.
  • Deliver operational support and ensure MCS compliance.
  • Support and coordinate the System Sales and Design team with complaint handling whilst working closely with service.
  • WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • Exceptional customer interaction skills.
  • A high level of written communicational skills with a 1st class telephone manner.
  • Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
  • Great organisation skills.
