Are you an experienced Administrator with proven experience of working within a financial, commercial or legal setting?**
If you are looking for a new challenge for 2023 within the Administration function, we have the role for you.
This role will be based in our Taunton office with occasional travel to our Glastonbury office.

We are a leading independent Firm of Chartered Accountants and Commercial Business Advisers seeking an experience Administrator to join our team.

We have offices across the South West of England, and as members of the highly regarded network Prime Global, we have local knowledge with national and international reach.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our team in Taunton and with occasional travel to our Glastonbury office.

This is a full-time office based role providing first class admin support to the business and partners.

  • Have a proven administration background.
  • High attention to detail, with particular focus on numeracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Work well as a team and independently.
  • Be able to build connections with colleagues who work at different geographical sites.
  • A positive can do attitude.
  • Good IT skills including intermediate MS Excel and MS Word.
  • A minimum of GCSE at grade c or above in English and Maths (or qualification equivalent)

Duties include:


  • Producing a range of documents including letters, schedules and invoicing
  • Scanning and electronic filing.
  • Administering client records.
  • Greeting contractors on site and adhering to health and safety obligations of visitors.
  • Updating management data.
  • Providing support to team members and for project work.
  • General office administrative tasks from post to basic administrative tasks.
  • Supporting sales, promotional and marketing activities.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
