Description
At the National Children's Bureau, you will be working towards the HR Apprentice Level 3 qualification over the duration of 18 months alongside your daily roles and responsibilities of supporting the People and Culture team.
Your key accountabilities will include;- Assisting with admin requirements of the People and Culture team
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Provide general HR administration support, issuing letters to staff
- Manage the People and Culture sections of the intranet ensuring all relevant data is available and upto date
- Support HR system administration with tasks such as password resets, and data input
- Coordinate the CEO inductions and other organisational training
- Assist with specific people projects
- To provide cover for the Corporate Services Assistant when required
- Be part of NCB's Phone Group, a rota answering the mainline number
- To work within the parameters of GDPR, ensuring data and information is protected and handled correctly
