Maintenance Operative - Soho - £32,000

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an Independently owned furnished office spaces and they are looking for a Maintenance Operative to float between the offices.

Role and Responsibilities:

Kitchen installation experience require
Fixing doors, locks, door closures, carpet tiling, repair leaks and painting.
Carry out scheduled maintenance and testing (i.e. fire alarm call point testing, water flushing etc).
Carrying out reactive tasks assigned via our system to brand standards.
Ensure that all maintenance issues are carried out in a timely fashion and in line with our daily working procedures.
Follow policies and procedures.
Management of cleaning standards ensuring buildings are left clean and tidy following completion of works.
Organising and updating supplier information and supply/stock information
