Working within Kinly's highly successful and rapidly growing Global Services Division:

The PMO Coordinator will provide ongoing operational support to the Programme Management Office including account administration, client and team communication, logistics, and operations across Kinly's global portfolio of enterprise clients.

Working collaboratively with Kinly's Programme Managers and Project Teams, you will be responsible for attending client calls and updating and maintaining project information, plans and records.

Ensuring the accuracy of information in the PMO's various systems you will enable clear visibility of our overall pipeline of work, supporting effective resource planning and project allocations, and enabling clear, accurate forecasting and reporting.


Additional duties will include supporting the PMO and wider Global Services Leadership Team on division wide communication as well as assisting with planning and facilitating team initiatives such as training sessions, orientation sessions, innovation workshops, maintaining SharePoint pages etc.

Excellent development opportunity to progress to a Global Project or Programme Management role.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily administrative support to Programme Managers and Project Management teams
  • Maintain regular contact with team members and check / update project status
  • Assisting the PMO with project offsite tasks such as procurement, asset management, logistics, partner liaison, Sub Contractor communication and resource planning and management
  • Support project handover and transition from sales, to project, to service and support
  • Assist in the creation, development and maintenance of project documentation and templates to align with developing PMO process and document controls
  • Collate and update project information for the PMO and document control team
  • Managing time recording KPIs across the PMO team and interacting with the wider ops team
  • Tracking project risks and opportunities and communicating these to the PMO via weekly updates
  • Organize and support on team initiatives and meetings helping to develop a team culture
