Acorn is currently seeking Quality Control Inspectors to work in the factory, along side the Production Operatives, for their client based in Tewkesbury.

This is an exciting opportunity to find stable work with an ever-growing company.

Full training provided

Role and responsibilities:

Finally inspect product tray quality to Quality Management System (QMS) standards
Take personal responsibility for final product quality by identifying with the product consistent with QMS Product Identification & Traceably requirements
Record defective tray product on appropriate QMS forms
Control the weight of the ABS Stone Resin product through the approved QMS procedure
Assist Continuous Improvement
Directly and independently responsible to the QA Manager

Qualifications and experience:

Experience in a similar role
Proven history of liaison with production
Passedout by QA as a competent Final QC inspector

Preferred skills:

Analytical
Great attention to detail
Ability to converse with the management level of the business

Pay:
£10.95 per hour + Shift Bonus, Attendance Bonus & Production Bonus

Weekly rotating shifts:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 6am 2pm

Week 2: Monday

Thursday 2pm midnight

due to the hours of work, having your own transport is a must.
