Job Summary
Work with customers and BI colleagues to analyse and document information requirements. Design and development of impactful reporting, data visualisation and insights for MAXIMUS UK BI customers.
A senior BI Analyst is also expected to coordinate smallerprojects / production processes and technically mentor more junior BI Analysts.

Essential Job Duties
Visualisation
- Understand user information requirements and develop powerful visualisation and reports
- Drive visualisation excellence and delivery of informative and impactful content
- Engage with BI Partners and customers to understand requirements, test criteria, and success factors for impactful and actionable reporting and analysis
- Complete and support high quality definition, design, development, testing and user adoption of BI outputs
- Coordinate and complete robust unit testing and support broader testing of reporting and visualisation assets
- Preparation and documentation of releases following a defined Change Control process.
- Support coordination and completion of adhoc information requests from BI customers
- Coordinate and complete reliable reporting production processes and issue resolution
Education and Experience Requirements
Qualifications and/or Experience
- Experience in providing technical guidance and supporting junior team members
- Extensive dashboard / reporting development experience utilising PowerBI and / or Qlik and NPrinting
- Experienced in MS Excel for reporting and analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of visualisation and analytical platforms
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Ability to collaborate across BI / IT teams internally and externally to deliver projects
- Delivery of priorities to standard and deadline using a logical and commercial approach and excellent time management skills
- Highly effective and professional communication skills when working with both team colleagues and internal/external stakeholders
- Analytical skill set with an ability to interpret information requirements and advise on and develop reporting solutions
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure
