This job is being advertised by S&D Trade Recruitment Limited who operate as an employment business.

We are looking for an admin/contracts clerk to join our valued client in Glasgow.


AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

(main duties and limits of responsibility)

Job Tasks

  • Raise & process purchase orders/Invoices.
  • Produce Sage Reports
  • Produce relevant documents e.g. H&S manuals, O&M manuals, CDM files.
  • Provide administrative support to department e.g. Project Managers etc.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Administration Coordinator & Project Managers
  • To ensure controls are met to identify any outstanding purchase orders.
  • To ensure controls are met for

Contract Engineers:
Timesheets, holiday leave, expenses, non-productive elements.

  • To ensure controls are met for
the filing process for supporting documentation: (scanning/manual)


Team

  • Take direction from Project Managers when required.
  • Undertake all other duties identified by Contract Managers to smooth running of the Department at all times.

Self

  • Maintain and develop own skills and experience as required.
  • Undertake training as required to obtain new skills and techniques to support continuous improvement & development of the department and job role.
  • Display appropriate standards of behaviours, and upholds ethics, values & promotion of equal opportunities
