Description
Please note this role will be limited to 2-3 days per week, hours will consist of 9am - 5pm.

  • Both the days and times are flexible_

Duties:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with putting together large quantities of mail
  • Scanning and printing
  • Type and proofread documents as needed

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently

Administrative & IT experience essential

Job Types:

Up to £12.00 per hour
