Healthcare Employment Partners Ltd are currently recruiting healthcare assistants for our clients based in Gloucester area.

We acknowledge the current situation with regard to Covid

  • 19 and have put appropriate measures in place to allow us to continue recruiting and training staff to ensure we can meet the current demand for Health Care workers. We are currently offering telephone/ online interviews which will reduce facetoface contact.

About this role


As an Agency Care Worker you will be supporting people who require additional support with various tasks that meets the needs of each and every service user, this could include: household tasks, personal care, administration of Medication or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Anyone at any stage of life could require care including the Elderly those with learning disabilities, mental health problems, sensory impairment or physical disabilities.

You will be the person to help maintain their independence.

  • 1 year's Care experience
  • Driving License and use of a car if possible although not essential.

  • You must thrive in helping others and go out of your way to ensure the service user and the placement company is completely satisfied with the level of care and support you have provided them with.

  • Ability to work under pressure supporting organizations needing your support
