JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with system analyst skills to work within our Global IT team. The role will support all Fineline subsidiaries around the globe delivering our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), WalkMe (WM). Supporting the CRM Teamin the ongoing day to day CRM Maintenance (Tier 1).


Responsibilities:


  • Using DAP to build WalkMe Walkthroughs (WM), including SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Onboarding Tasks & Knowledgebase articles for All of Salesforce processes.
  • Work closely with our IT CRM Team to analyze new requirements/developments and to optimise these process deployments using WM.
  • Responsible on WM usage and digital adoption statistics in Fineline.
  • Training and engaging Superusers across all FineLine Subsidiaries with WM.
  • Preform as the first point of contact for CRM Support via our helpdesk platform.
  • Future project to roll out DAP for our new ERP system

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support
  • Advantage.
  • Tech oriented, highly motivated and target focused.
  • HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience.
  • Excellent English language skills in both writing and speaking.
  • Selfindependent worker and a team player.
