Job Title:
Bounce Cafe Team Member

Reporting to:
Kitchen Lead and Duty Manager

Job role summary:

To work alongside a team and supervisor to create an enjoyable, relaxing experience in the cafeteria area for all visitors.

Main Objective:
to provide fast, well prepared refreshments in a clean and safe environment.


Key responsibilities:

• Greet and assist every customer in a pleasant manner
• Accurately and efficiently process orders and handle payments at till points
• Ensure all food safety handling rules are adhered to at all times and promote good practice amongst team members
• Prepare and assemble foods on the front counter and present in a quality manner or give service to tables
• Ensure sideboards, equipment, dining area, floors, fridges are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised in line with food safety laws
• Control and replenish stock and adhere to food safety laws and importantly food allergies

Skills, personal attributes and experience:

• Food handling in a fast paced environment is desirable
• A food hygiene certification is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Have a desire to please customer and present food well
• An outgoing and positive can do attitude who is adaptable to change and works well within a team
• The ability to think quickly ,react calmly to situations and show initiative

Working Hours:

Flexibility is essential to the role as the park has extended operating hours. Shifts will vary but will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Due to the high volume of customers on a weekend, you must be available to work weekends. Must be available to work every weekend in December


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£5.28-£10.42 per hour
