My client in Swindon is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior temp Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for their clients.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
About You:
- You possess extensive experience in a 360 temp Recruitment capacity.
- Capable of confidently establishing and expanding your own client portfolio across permanent and temporary recruitment.
- You thrive on being accountable for your performance, driven by autonomy and results.
- Ability to commute to their Stoke branch

- Specialising in temporary recruitment within sectors you're adept in.
- Provided with all necessary tools and support to excel.
