My client in Swindon is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior temp Recruitment Consultant to join their team.


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for their clients.


Duties:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

About You:

  • You possess extensive experience in a 360 temp Recruitment capacity.
  • Capable of confidently establishing and expanding your own client portfolio across permanent and temporary recruitment.
  • You thrive on being accountable for your performance, driven by autonomy and results.
  • Ability to commute to their Stoke branch
