My client in Swindon is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior temp Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for their clients.

Duties:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Utilise various recruitment channels, including social media platforms.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions

Experience:

About You:

You possess extensive experience in a 360 temp Recruitment capacity.
Capable of confidently establishing and expanding your own client portfolio across permanent and temporary recruitment.
You thrive on being accountable for your performance, driven by autonomy and results.
Ability to commute to their Stoke branch
