About the role:


Responsibilities:


  • Executing against resiliency milestones, deliverables for the team include the coordination and execution of quarterly disaster recovery tests, preparation and execution of data centre rotations across the business services, and governance for all business continuity activities across OPTISM.
  • Direct involvement in the review and adaption of the business service definition, aligned with the business service framework, in collaboration with resiliency leads from across the business and technology groups is also required.
  • Further scope for development is available as additional resiliency initiatives arise through the continued resiliency journey.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • 710 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred
