We are currently seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join the team.


As a Senior Building Control Surveyor, you'll be responsible for enforcing the Building Regulations and allied legislation on a wide variety of projects by both plan checking and inspecting sites.

You will hold full corporate membership of a professional body, such as RICS, ABE, CIOB or IFE.

You will also be required to meet the registration requirements of the restricted function of a Building Inspector and demonstrate competency through an approved route to support your registration in time for the mandated April 2024 deadline.

You will be fully supported and given the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills as part of the Building Control team.


Salary for the role is £40,221 - £47,420 plus circa £3000 p/a for Dangerous structure rota duty where applicable.
