We are a small & friendly Cardiac Physiology department, led by a Consultant Clinical Scientist, striving to deliver best practice care.

A unique opportunity has arisen to lead our Non-Invasive Cardiology Service in the next phase of our journey.

We are seeking a transformational and forward thinking leader to shape our Non-Invasive Cardiology Service in line with national guidance and local needs.

You will deliver strong, visible and empathetic leadership to your team.

We are looking for an experienced, talented and driven Cardiac Physiologist/Scientist.

You will have the relevant knowledge and expertise to lead a team of approximately 20 staff from Band 2 to Band 6.

You must be experienced in people management, wellbeing and HR policies.

You will have a proven track record in managing change, be open to new ideas and able to inspire others.


This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Physiologist to step into a challenging but rewarding management role and have direct influence in developing both the workforce & cardiology services.
