Special Needs Teaching Assistant

A great inclusive mainstream Primary school is seeking a committed special needs teaching assistant to join their outstanding team. The school has an inclusive resource provision for students with autism. As a Special Needs TA, you will be responsiblefor providing both group and one-on-one support in the classroom. The school wants you to be dynamic because you'll be working with a variety of children who have varied degrees of need. You should anticipate working with students that require assistance inEnglish and maths as well. In addition to their academic needs, the children will also require assistance with their motor skills and social skills. The cohort includes some students with social, emotional, and mental health issues. The school is looking forsomeone with a passion for supporting children with special needs.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will:
