Housing Team Leader

£39,000 annual salary

2 month contract initially, potential for extension

Full-time role, Monday-Friday

Based in Central Edinburgh

ASAP start

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a Housing Association in Central Edinburgh to recruit an operational Team Leader to cover the next two months on a full-time basis.

This will be a busy and hands-on role, well-suited to an individualwith prior experience within a managerial role and the Housing sector.

Duties involved in this role will include:

Managing the team's delivery of efficient and effective customer-focused housing services
Oversight, management and effective deployment of the department's resources, monitoring and directing the team to ensure KPIs are achieved
Ensuring the business remains compliant with industry regulations
Contributing to the development of risk management strategies
Line management responsibilities including recruitment, performance and absence monitoring

Requirements:

Prior experience within Housing and a managerial role this is essential.
Strong leadership qualities including exceptional communication and organisational skills
A highly motivated, positive and personable attitude
