Office Based

Salary starts at £19,838.


The client offers two salary increases in your first year - An increase of £626 twice to bring your salary to £21,088.

You are also entitled to a bonus of
- £4,800 Bonus per year (This Bonus is paid monthly at £400)

It's a Temp to Perm role after 12 weeks.

Our client is now looking to expand their team even further with a Customer Service Advisor who can provide an exceptional customer service experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer service advisor skills
- good listener and interactive.

  • Handling inbound communication in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understanding the customer's needs, providing an appropriate solution
  • Showing empathy of any issues
  • Ensure internal database is up to date, confirming all personal details with each customer account
  • Effectively manage and complete daily adhoc admin tasks

Skills Required:

  • Need customer service experience
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
  • Strong listening and organisational skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office packages
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Customer service advisor experience would be great
