Job description We have an exciting opportunity with a British heritage brand, who are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to manage the day-to-day trading of our e-commerce websites. This role will entail working across the business to drive online sales and reflect ourbrand proposition. This is a full-time role, with Hybrid working.


Responsibilities:


  • Driving day to day ecommerce sales, implementing the trading and promotional strategy onsite to exceed sales targets
  • Executing the merchandising strategy to ensure key products and messages are featured in line with brand and regional requirements
  • Coordinating new product launches with our product and marketing teams to ensure correct product information is available on the site
  • Coordinating the content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion
  • Optimising the user experience through customer journeys, site navigation and product placement to improve conversion rates
  • Ensuring all tracking (eg Google Analytics) is optimised for the website and provides meaningful information for analysis
  • Monitoring key site metrics including, but not limited to AOV, Conversion rate, Bounce Rate and new/returning traffic
  • Producing reports for the Board
  • Working with the technology and marketing teams to perform website audits and recognise areas for improvement

Skills:


  • Minimum 3 year experience within a similar role
  • Highly motivated and adaptable strategic thinker
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proven online product management experience at management level, preferably in a luxury fashion environment
  • Experience optimising and developing ecommerce platforms
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Excellent ability to analyse data and propose commercial decisions
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with specific experience in website analytics tools
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross functionally and manage appropriate stakeholders
  • Passion for brand development
  • Enthusiasm, energy and determination a good sense of humour also helps

Experience:

- similar role: 3 years (preferred)
- luxury fashion retail: 2 years (preferred)
