Responsibilities:


As the IT Field Engineering Team Coordinator at Bluecube, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the activities of our field engineering team to ensure the smooth execution of operations.

Your primary responsibilities include coordinating the field engineering team, reacting quickly to the demands of an IT support service, and fostering effective communication with clients and team members.

Leveraging your attention to detail and organisational prowess, you will contribute to the seamless workflow of our IT support services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the deployment of field engineering teams for efficient client support.
  • Respond promptly to lastminute field engineer requests from clients, demonstrating agility.
  • Initiate communication with clients to facilitate the timely arrival of field engineers
  • Ensure that all field visits are closed off with an accompanying report
  • Generate internal and external reports to support decisionmaking processes.

Role Objective:


Take ownership of the coordination of the Field Engineering team, support the service delivery operation with the timely and effective deployment of field engineers to customer sites to meet the schedules, priorities and demands of the field engineering service.


Department Objective:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients by consistently providing high-quality service, effective resolutions, and clear communication.


Skills and Background:


Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordination type roles
  • Strong organisational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain efficiency.
  • Effective problemsolving skills coupled with a proactive approach.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Managing expectations of engineers and customers who can have strong personalities

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within the IT sector, showcasing industryspecific knowledge.

Qualifications / Accreditation's:

  • Ideally, possess higher education qualifications

Salary / package
- £21,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience
