Contentious Construction Solicitor - Exeter

Leading regional law firm with a strong presence nationally and London base is seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join their regarded Construction Team.

The role will involve a high degree of autonomy from the outset,working for a multi-site team with highly regarded lawyers and act for national and international clients across a wide range of construction projects, within both the private and public sector.

The caseload will include dealing with contentious matters involving court litigation, adjudications, arbitration and other forms of ADR, including disputes over payment, delays and claims relating to professional negligence and advice.
