Here in Bradford Placement Coordination Team, we are passionate about delivering the best placements for our children and young people.


Bradford is a City which offers a richness of culture and diversity, it is the fourth largest Metropolitan District in the country and home to a population of 534,300 residents.


Bradford has the largest percentage of population under the age of 16 outside London, over 30% of the population is under the age of 20.

It is an exciting time to join us in Bradford, we are seeking to recruit a Placement Coordination Officer to support the team with sourcing and commissioning of placements with external providers ranging from, Regulated Childrens homes, Independent Fostering Agencies and unregulated Post 16 Providers.


You will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a role which includes a significant level of sourcing, negotiation and provider management.
  • Experience of working in a multiagency environment and forging productive working relationships with partners. Strong communication skills with the ability to form positive relationships
