The School of Engineering is looking to appoint an
Operations Executive Officer following successful career progression of the current post holder, to support the Vice Dean and Head of School and Head of School Operations.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of operational colleagues across the School, with the opportunity to work within a hybrid model, in different locations across the University estate, and remotely.

The role will support the academic Head of School and the Professional Services lead - Head of School Operations with responsibilities including diary management; organising travel and accommodation for UK and overseas trips; producing regular and effective communication on behalf of the Head of School; servicing and organising regular meetings and events; maintaining staff records and other School records ensuring compliance with GDPR and other legislation.
