We're looking for an Experienced Multi Trade to join our team

Westons are looking for a reliable, experienced, highly motivated individual to carry out construction works to Local Authority Void Property Renovations and Responsive Repair Work within the Arun District.

Responsibilities for this Role are:

Carpentry: Kitchens, Doors Etc
Tiling
Plastering _preferred_
Painting and Decorating
Plumbing: Full Bathroom replacements (DFG Shower pump replacements), toilets, sinks and basins, repair leaks, taps, showers, waste pipes, isolation valves, stopcocks.
General Property Maintenance
Polysafe flooring and latexing

We'd like our Staff to:

Be punctual and reliable
Have access to own tools
Be a strong player with a good work ethic
Experience of working within the social housing sector
Problem solving skills and seeking any advise required
Knowledge of using a PDA (desirable) training will be given
Follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information

What we offer
