    Job Description

    Project Surveyor - Cost Management

    We are working with a leading cost consultancy that delivers excellence across the built environment. With offices in London and Birmingham, they are expanding their Birmingham team and need a Project Surveyor to manage multiple projects.

    • Manage commercial, residential, office refurbishments, and mixed-use developments projects.
    • Lead cost planning, procurement strategy, tendering, and post-contract services.
    • Engage directly with clients, design teams, and contractors to build strong relationships and deliver value.
    • Work across all project stages, particularly pre-construction, with a focus on strategic cost management.

    Requirements

    • Chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards APC qualification is essential.
    • Strong experience in the built environment - consultancy or main contractor backgrounds are welcome.
    • Ability to work independently across multiple sectors and project stages.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
