Responsibilities:


  • Drive and elevate the digital presence, maximizing traffic and conversion rates.
  • Optimise the website for search engines, boosting organic visibility and rankings.
  • Create captivating digital marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn advertising.
  • Embrace experimentation, learning from successes and failures to continuously improve performance.
  • Deliver monthly reports showcasing progress towards exciting business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to craft integrated and compelling campaigns.
  • Foster partnerships with external agencies and partners.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and be part of a resultsdriven team.
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Engage audiences through impactful written and verbal communication.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated achievements in digital marketing, including managing and developing digital assets, optimising websites, and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience optimising websites for search engines.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising on LinkedIn, encompassing campaign creation, targeting, and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse marketing metrics and data, utilising insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the creation of engaging marketing messages and effective interaction with target audiences.
  • Selfmotivated and thrive in a fastpaced and challenging environment.
  • Inquisitive and passionate about continuously learning and growing in the digital marketing field.
  • Relevant degreelevel qualification in marketing or a related field.
