Job Title:
Facilities Assistant

Salary:
Circa £24,000 dependant on experience

Location:
Across the North West

Who are we?

Sencat are an established facilities management company specialising in Health and Mental Health Services and can combine all trades into one.

We have undertaken many construction projects from small repairs to large refurbishments in a variety of commercial industries, whilst always maintaining a track record of keeping our projects on time and within budget.

Roles and responsibilities:

Assist subcontractors and staff moving around NHS sites safely ensuring Sencat Health & Safety protocols and procedures are followed accurately.
Provide assistance to site staff and subcontractors on planned visits.
Record jobs/information on latest software/CAFM system
Communicate effectively with all line managers, senior team leaders and subcontractors to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Experience of working as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines.
Ability to work efficiently, effectively, diligently and courteously without the need for constant supervision.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
Knowledge and understanding of working in Mental Health is highly sought after in this role.
Holds a full and valid Driving Licence.
