A leader in the healthcare space are experiencing serious traffic and customer growth, and as a result, are now looking to capitalise on this and expand within the Conversion Rate Optimisation space.


Company


The company lead the space which they sit within, due to revolutionary research and technology being able to set their product aside from the market and offer healthier solutions.

They have a centralised Data Team with Development Teams, Data Engineeringand Data Science teams, and are now building out a new Performance Marketing area, starting with Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation.


Role
The CRO Specialist will develop, manage, and expand the Optimisation roadmap from scratch.

Reporting into an experienced member of the community, you will be able to work closely with them to influence Optimisation strategy for the business, whilst alsogaining the ability to hone hands-on technical ability within this area, growing out CRO and Experimentation.


Skills Needed

  • Extensive AB and MV Testing experience, with any CRO tools within the market
  • Enthusiasm for Optimisation and the desire to grow out a function
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
