Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
£24,826.00-£27,162.00 per year
