Immediate start, Corby - Earlstree Industrial Estate, Permanent after a successful temporary period, three shift rotation Monday to Friday

Due to continued success and expansion plans, our UK operation of a global organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join their small manufacturing team.

You will provide support to ensure production targets are achieved:

Minding production machines ensuring smooth running
Quality checking products, raising awareness to any issues
Packing products into boxes, and palatalising boxes ready for dispatch
Completing production paperwork
Maintaining work area, and adhering to H&S standards

We would expect the success Machine Operator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of a manufacturing environment, communicate well, and be able to work on your own accord as well as part of a team.

You will be supported by an experienced team 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.

This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Machine Operating, Production Operating or Machine Minding position.
