Description

EMED Group are looking for a Patient Transport Liaison Officer to join our team in Bristol.

Contract Type:
Permanent, full time hours per week + On call requirement.

Location:
Southmead Hospital, Bristol

What We Offer:

- £12.66 Per Hour plus additional for on call.

Key responsibilities

Being the point of contact for escalation for your designated trust if they fall into a bed crisis, patient's queries, risk assessments among other things
Assist crews with complex manual handling tasks
Be the point of contact between bed managers and EMED managers
Attend meetings on an adhoc basis
To maintain positive relationships with hospital wards, outpatient units, discharge lounges and bed managers
To assist operational managers with issues that arise throughout the day
General office duties and other assistance should the need arise
Dealing with patient's enquiries and questions as and when they arise
Familiarisation with EMED policies, processes and standard operating procedures
