About you

About the role


Responsible for delivering the best customer experience and ongoing patient journey as well as educating and engaging customers throughout their teeth straightening journey.

You will support the whole team in offering choice, and advice, and securing leads from digital adverts and organic searches online ready for an onward clinically-led patient journey in one of our practices.


As a Lead Generation Consultant, you will be;

  • Providing complimentary consultations to all patients whilst discussing their needs and available treatment options
  • Managing the patient journey end to end
  • Providing telephone and video consultations to customers who have booked in via our website
  • Taking inbound calls via our dedicated teeth straightening line
  • Responding to social media enquiries whilst ensuring marketing materials and campaigns are fully utilised
  • Liaising closely with practices to carry out a weekly data update
  • Discussing financial options with customers
  • Ensuring that patient data captured is accurate and uptodate
  • Working closely with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager to ensure any new initiatives are implemented, the team is working well and sales targets are being met

What skills do I need?

  • A selfstarter who can prioritise their own workload to maximise customer conversion
  • Confident in providing feedback
  • Passionate about providing more than just customer service but an outstanding patient experience
  • Experience in approaching and engaging patients
  • Ability to understand and deliver KPI and targets
  • Able to build strong relationships with the internal and external parties and team members
  • Demonstrates full flexibility across 7 days a week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to use IT and software
  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
