Nationwide Renewables is a Renewable Energy Company based in Leeds, we Operate throughout the UK in Supplying & Installing Renewable Energy Products to Homeowners throughout the UK.
We are currently seeking a well organised, CUSTOMER CARE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE, to work within our Operations Department.Your Skill Set shall be split between two areas of the business;
- CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE;
You will be the main point of contact for our Customers who wish to discuss their contract, payment issues prior to or after installation, you will also be the first point of contact for any customer complaints or queries.
inputting queries to our Online Portal and Responding to customers both written and verbal.- ACCOUNTS;
You will receive and process all Invoices from our Contractors and Installers and ensure they are submitted for payment within deadline periods set.
You will generate and send Customer Invoices when required.You will be tasked with Sage Inputs (Training can be provided).

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
