It is a really exciting time to join IMServ Europe Limited, we are growing fast and investing heavily in our people including our recently announced Cost of Living bonus, extended to both permanent employees and agency workers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join an expanding People team. Ideally you will have worked within an HR function previously and have an understanding of HR systems and experience producing employment contracts


You initially be responsible for assisting our new Talent Acquisition Manager in moving a number of our temporary agency workers to permanent contracts across January.


To provide professional HR support to the business for the entire 'life-cycle' of our employees, adhering to legislation and assessing the commercial risk, whilst sharing best practice throughout the business, also assisting the wider HR team with projects for the business to ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Supportive of personal and career development including CIPD sponsorship after probation.


This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, however we are fully supportive of job share arrangements, flexible hours and hybrid working.


HR Administration

  • To manage the HRIS to provide the full employee life cycle, ensuring selfservice wherever possible.
  • Management of the HR Inbox, providing first line support and escalating complex queries to the HR Advisors.
  • Prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters and new starter paperwork across the business.
  • Coordinate the induction process for all new starters ensuring it is managed in line with the onboarding calendar. Escalate any issues to HR Advisors.
  • Carry out reference and DBS checks and track their progress through to completion.
  • Accurately calculate pay, annual leave and other contractual entitlements.
  • Assist with payroll, by providing the Payroll Manager with relevant employee information, i.e., new starters, changes, holidays etc in line with the outsourced payroll bureau timescales.
  • Provide holiday support to the Payroll Manager on payroll administration.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment initiatives and provide necessary documentation to ensure the recruitment process moves efficiently.
  • Oversee the changes and leaver process, ensuring letters are prepared and issued, the HRIS is up to date and the Payroll Manager has all the relevant information.
  • Undertake any other HR administration, either on an ad hoc basis, or where the business necessitates

Reporting and Metrics

  • Utilise the HRIS to create and produce regular insightful people analytics around turnover, exit interview, starters, leavers, headcount, employee engagement.
  • Support the HR Advisors in creating monthly data dashboards.

Projects

  • To undertake and manage projects as agreed by line manager, specifically the management of the HRIS and rewards/ benefits platform

Employee Relations

  • Support the HR Advisors with referrals to occupational health, outcome of risk assessments and reasonable adjustment measures.
  • Support HR Advisors and HR Manager on employee relation cases and collate case work packs as and when required.

Engagement

  • Work with the
    HRA and HRD in relation to any action plans developed from engagement surveys

Person Specification

  • Strong organisational capability, able to meet deadlines and ability to priorities your workload.
  • Developed interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate strong personal credibility to persuade and influence senior management on HR related activity
  • Proven experience within a Human Resources team
  • Experience administering and creating contracts of employment
  • Experience administering HR information systems.
  • A customerdriven, collaborative and handson approach able to identify pragmatic, businessfocused solutions to problems, ability to see the bigger picture and think through the wider implications of actions.
  • Experience of working effectively in a team
  • Willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong level of both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • CIPD Level 3 desirable

£21,256.00-£24,100.00 per year
