Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Senior Facilities Manager within Birmingham.

The Senior Facilities Manager would be managing the day-to-day operational activities within the company. Focusing on health and safety, company procedures, legislation and more.

Establishing yourself as the primary contact for people internal and external to the company and ensuring all daytoday requests and queries are managed and resolved.
Ensuring all processes and procedures are implemented correctly and continuously enhanced.
Managing accounts, and budgets and developing budget plans which outline strategies to help reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Assisting the Associate Director to generate new ideas/opportunities or channels within the property industry.
Supervising and assisting with the delivery of all aspects of Waste Management and subcontracted M&E services.
Working to ensure all Health and Safety compliance is implemented correctly, COSHH and permittowork systems are adhered to.
General administration

Personal and Professional Experience:

Customer service and communication skills are key.
Previous experience in facilities management would be ideal, especially in the property industry.
An awareness of Health and Safety legislation would be necessary. IOSH qualification is essential.
IT literate and a good knowledge of technical aspects of facilities.
The ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure is key.
NEBOSH and IWFM would be desirable.
