Our client, a highly successful business based on the outskirts of Norwich are seeking an experienced qualified accountant to join their growing team as a Financial Accountant.

This is an exciting time to join the business in a role that will offer progressionand the ability to help develop the future of the finance function of this business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make their first move out of practice.

Reporting to the Central Finance Manager and supervision a team the key elements of this role will include:

Delivery of timely statutory reporting
Preparation and completion of all group tax returns
Quarterly VAT returns
Tax planning
Completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations
Coordination and management of year end audit
Statutory returns
Prepare management accounts
Manage and develop a small team

For this role you will need:

The appetite for a challenging but rewarding commercial role ideally from practice
To be qualified and registered with a recognised member (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA)
The ability to lead and inspire others
An attitude of challenging the norm and delivering improvements across the division
The ability to influence at a senior level
