Client Services Executive | Derby | £20,000K - £28,000K DOE
We are seeking a Client Services Executive for our Financial Services client based in Derby.


Our client is seeking a motivated, confident team player to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be assisting the Financial Advisers and wider team to provide an outstanding service to all clients in this heavily regulated environment.


Duties include:


  • Making and receiving calls, being the first point of contact
  • Accurately updating the client database
  • Taking ownership of queries and recognising when they need to be escalated
  • Providing exceptional customer service to the client
  • Liaising with third party's to obtain Letters of Authority, other information and documentation
  • Preparing packs for the Advisers for client meetings

The person:


You will be a highly motivated individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the overall success of the team.


Previous experience within a Financial Services environment is preferable but applicants with transferable skills from a similar, regulated background will be considered.

Full training will be provided and support to develop your career is available.

£20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
