Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Act as a personal assistant to the manager, assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Skills:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience as a clerk or administrative assistant is preferred
