Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Act as a personal assistant to the manager, assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a clerk or administrative assistant is preferred
