Head of Sales - Central London - 140K
GKR London is currently working with one of the leading names within Prime Central London Property.

They are searching for an experienced Sales lead to come in and take the reigns of on important project, where you will be responsible for managing & growing their market share in an area of strategic importance for them as well as overseeing the super primedivision.

This position requires previous management experience, an exceptional track record in estate agency within the Prime Central London market and an attitude built around success where you will be constantly striving to be the best in class in your patch.

You will be responsible for the following:

Driving Sales and profits across the current portfolio
Training and support of your team
Management and 1:1's with team
Providing advice and guidance on all relevant legislation
Ownership of your individual office P+L and working closely with Director of Sales
Proven track record of success in the £3mill plus market space is essential
Growing market share strong ability in winning instructions
Strong track record and contact base across London
