Summary

:


The Payroll/People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive employee experience and serves as the primary contact for P&C and Payroll.


The role will support with activities such as:
- monthly and year end payroll processing
- calculate statutory payments
- pension and benefits administration/processing
- record-keeping, data entry

  • Onboarding new hires
  • Responds and efficiently resolves inquiries from employees (e.g., P&C policies and programs, Workday system support, benefits etc.)
  • Partners and collaborates effectively across P&C, Payroll, IT, Finance
  • Initiates transactions, runs reports and performs audits in Workday

About The Role

The Payroll/People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive employee experience and serves as the primary contact for P&C and Payroll.
The role will

About You

:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 35 years of relevant work experience
  • Understand Payroll and have HR Functional knowledge
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fastpaced working environment
