A vacancy has arisen in the Therapy Service for a Secretary. The post will work at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital to support the Therapy service.

Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills and possess a high standard of computer literacy.

Do you thrive in an environment with a busy workload and numerous conflicting priorities where no two days are alike? Is yes, then this could be the post for you.


As a Therapy Secretary you will support the operational management of the Therapy service to ensure the service operates efficiently and effectively.

The post holder is responsible for providing secretarial support to meet the needs of the Therapies Senior Management team.

Must have well-developed interpersonal skills, be experienced in managing a heavy workload, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have a flexible approach to workload, manage numerous diaries, minute taking, setting up and managing data bases and organising meetings.


Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

The post holder must be willing to learn new skills and use their own initiative.
