A great opportunity has arisen for a freelance Site Manager to support with finishing stages of a large commercial build in Worcester.
The Role:
- CAT B fit out
- Managing sub contractors
- Work within short deadlines and ensure work is delivered smoothly
- Be aware of onsite activity and report to management team
- Be a knowledgeable point of contact on site
- Use management skills to lead a team effectively
- Communicate and delegate task effectively to team
About you:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on finishing
- Excellent communication skills
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
- Reputable and professional individual
- From a trades background (preferred)
