- Do you have:
- At least five (5) years of leading and supporting an administration team?
- A desire to drive continual improvement through ISO and internal management systems?
- An ability to audit, capture issues, manage tasks and communicate clearly?
- Experience of implementing and maintaining electronic/ online management platforms?
- The role will be within GAP's Safety, Risk & Compliance Team (the 'Team') which is based at GAP Group's Head Office in Glasgow. The postholder may be required to visit depots throughout the UK.
About You:
- Applicants should demonstrate the following:
- Experience in ensuring the efficient delivery of a team's administration functions by developing and maintaining effective professional and collaborative relationships
- Experience in supporting and leading a business administration function
- Experience of implementing and maintaining the effectiveness and performance of electronic management platforms
- Experience of supporting corporate and external audits and continual certification including GAP Assurance audits e.g. ISO 14001, 9001, 4500
- Competence in writing including revising, editing and distributing procedural and business documentation
- Experience in the compilation and provision of relevant internal statistics and reports
- Experience in the provision of risk reports as required by line manager
- Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
