Sales Administrator- Duties
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Process sales orders and invoices
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and track sales activity and prepare reports for management
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred

£25,100.00-£26,200.00 per year
