A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two experienced and proactive Project Support Officers to join the WHO CC Directorate within Public Health Wales.

The post holders will be highly valued members of the ACE Support Hub providing project support and administrative duties and responsibilities.

The postholder will provide project support across the ACE Support Hub, for a wide variety of projects.

This will include project management activities such as monitoring plans, financial responsibilities, liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders, and organisation of workshops, internal and external communication, publication of reports.


The postholder will also have administrative responsibilities including liaising with the IT support teams, HR, universities as required to support hosting new posts, secondments, academic placements etc., organisation of team meetings, and preparation of papers.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Fixed Term or Secondment until March 2024 due to funding.
